Chaithra Yarlagadda is the founder and CEO of Beyond the Bell.  A published writer and active researcher, Chaithra combines her love for storytelling with her passion for advocacy to create platforms where young people can be heard.

Her work has been featured in Teen Ink (Platinum-Level Recognition) and the Arizona Haiku Expo, and she continues to share her perspective through her Substack. Beyond her writing, Chaithra is deeply involved in speech and debate, where she discovered the power of self-expression that inspired her to launch Beyond the bell.

Through her leadership, Chaithra strives to build communities where students feel seen, valued, and empowered to speak their truth. Through Beyond the Bell's presence on Instagram, Apple Podcasts, and WordPress, Chaithra seeks to create a world where people are empowered to openly share their struggles and work together to overcome them.
